Sessions move at your pace based on your needs.
It’s important that you feel comfortable, so I work hard to provide a safe space for you to talk, explore and heal. Appointments days and times are flexible and can be worked around your availability.
Initial Consultation
Firstly, an initial consultation is arranged free of charge.
You will meet the counsellor and discuss what is bringing you to therapy to ensure that everything is the right fit for you.
Fees
Once sessions commence, they are charged at £50 per session and take place on a weekly basis, unless agreed differently with the counsellor. Please discuss your individual circumstances during the consultation.

Contract & Privacy
If you decide to start sessions, the counsellor will then go through a contract with you, which you both then sign. This document contains all the information that you need regarding the counsellor’s commitments to you and your responsibilities as a client.
